Respond to a verification request
This page explains the information needed to respond to an Archetype Magazine brand and supplier verification invitation.
Please reply to the invitation email and include its case reference. This page is an information guide, not a document-upload form.
1. Identify the request
- Case reference from your invitation.
- Brand name.
- Supplier’s legal or trading name.
- Product URLs, SKUs, or other identifiers listed in the request.
2. Identify the representative
- Full name and job title.
- Organization and official website.
- Official business email address.
- Your authority to respond on behalf of the brand, or the appropriate department to contact.
3. Clarify the supplier and products
Please tell us whether your organization can verify the identified supplier’s relationship with the brand and the specific products under review.
If authorization exists, please describe its scope. Where relevant, include permitted products, sales channels, territories, validity dates, and restrictions on brand names, product images, or marketing materials.
If you cannot verify the request, please state that clearly. You may also identify incorrect claims or direct us to the appropriate verification contact.
4. Provide supporting information safely
Include relevant public verification links or a summary of available supporting documentation in your reply. If confidential documents are necessary, ask us to agree on an appropriate transfer method before sending them.
Do not send passwords, payment information, government identification, or unrelated personal information.
What happens next
The request remains VERIFICATION REQUEST — PENDING until the response and any supporting evidence have been reviewed.
A submission or customer account sign-in does not automatically establish authenticity, supplier authorization, permission to use brand assets, or approval to publish products. No response is not approval.
